Horrible service they tell you they're going to do your taxes one day and you'll be waiting a week or so. You run a business get it done or higher more people. If not then your business will drop or just shut down if you cant handke the flow. Don't return your calls, there's always excuses. I could have took my business elsewhere.
I have dealt with many Travel Agents and I have used Newark Travel for years now. They work with you and give you many options to get you a better price. I will not use anyone else.
DO NOT USE!! They book incorrectly and ended up overcharging us. You are better off finding a deal yourself. They also do not return phone calls or emails in regards to travel. They do not offer insurance unless you ask. All in all this was a terrible experience that has left me in debt and trying to wade out of the mess they made.
