Great parking service. they valet the car when you get there so you can drop off and get on the shuttle. and you text when you arrive and they send a shuttle. it was very seamless. would use them again.

Used them a lot without many problems. Usually suck at pickups. But this last time they completely screwed me. Someone cut the fence(inside job) and stole the wheels off my Tesla X. It has been 16 days and they are finally sending the check to Tesla so I can get my car back. Asshats. They wouldn't even answer my calls anymore

Do not park here! Everything went smooth when we arrived at WallyPark. The shuttle bus driver (male) put our luggage on the shuttle for us. We tipped him. Coming back from Newark Airport my friend and I couldn't find the short term parking area/lane 8 where we were instructed on the WallyPark voucher to meet the shuttle bus. No big deal - the voucher had a phone number to call with any problems. I called the phone number twice and got a recording that nobody is here to take your phone call. On the third try someone picked up, offered no help and put me on hold. I was on the bus entering WallyPark when the front desk person finally picked up the phone to ask what my problem was. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Now on to the bus driver (female). I have back/stair problems. The shuttle bus driver didn't help anyone put their luggage on the bus. The drive told another person we picked up at another location she couldn't leave her heavy huge luggage in the aisle. She needed to put it on the top luggage shelf. The person who had the heavy luggage said she couldn't lift it above her head and had to leave it in the aisle. That's when I said the bus driver should help people on and off with their luggage which the driver responded "I hurt my back and can't lift any luggage." Why would WallyPark have a driver who can't lift any luggage?

I've used WallyPark twice now and have had a smooth experience both times. After arriving, I show the attendee my online reservation and give them my keys, they'll return your paperwork (which you need to pick up your car), then you wait for the shuttle ride to your terminal. When you come back, you need to text them you've arrived (info on the slip they hand you) and they'll tell you which bus lane you should be in for shuttle pick up. Both times I've used WallyPark, the shuttle has been timely and convenient, and the drivers have been friendly and safe. Hand them the slip, they'll hand you the keys, and you're on your way. Just this past Monday, after a long and delayed flight home, I realized I left my bag in the lobby of WallyPark. They didn't answer the phone (don't ever bother calling), but I drove back and they kindly returned my bag which they stored safely in their office. These are hardworking and honest people. Would definitely use their services again.

left my ezpass in the car and it was neatly tucked inside my glove compartment when I returned. Also, did not know to make a reservation because we're from MD and never went through this process before. Still have us an online discount. A little rough around the edges but all in all a hardworking honest team. Well done.
