Worst experience ever. Rented a car, and when I was told it was an off site vendor. I called to cancel a week before reservation. The customer service worker told me that I would have a full refund. After it got posted to my account. It took me 4 days to get ahold of someone. Just for that person to ask me who I was talking to, because we never do that.. DON'T DO IT
I don't recommend this place to rent a car to anyone.
worst experience never ever rent a car from here they make you sign all lot of paper regarding no smoking in the car but all of there car are heavily smoked and dirty from inside you can see ashes inside the car they don't have any non smoked clean car. When talked to the person his response was rude he said all he can do is refund my money. Refunding money is not how you do business but have to provide proper service to customers which unfortunately they didn't do . They left me in middle of no way i wasted my 2 hour. I rented car from other place.
